1. Search for “Bai'etan Greater Bay Area Art Center Reservation” mini-program in Wechat or scan the QR code below.

2. Click “Visit Reservation” and select a venue. Reservation for whichever venue is valid for all three venues.

3. Choose the entry date and time slot, fill in the visitor information as prompted, select visitors, and submit the reservation information.

4. Upon successful reservation, visitors should arrive at the designated time and scan your original reservation ID for entry.

5. On-site reservations are limited. Visitors who aren’t able to make online reservations can bring their original valid ID card (second-generation ID card, Residence Permit for Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Residents, or Foreigner’s Permanent Residence Card) to the reservation machine at the venue’s service desk. Upon successful reservation, visitors can enter the museum through face recognition.

1. Opening Hours: 9:00 a.m.-17:00 p.m. (last entry at 16:30 p.m.). Closed on Mondays (not applicable to national holidays).

2. The museum is open to the public for free (except for special exhibitions). The museum now implements a real-name and timed reservation system for all visitors. Minors under 14 years old (14 included) must have an adult make the reservation on their behalf and be present with the them for verification at the time of entry.

3. Visitors must use a real-name registered mobile number for reservations. Each mobile number can reserve for up to 5 people per day (including the user, with no more than 3 minors under 14). Reservations can be made once per time slot. All visitors must enter valid ID information. Online reservations support second-generation ID cards, Residence Permit for Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Residents, and Foreigner’s Permanent Residence Card. Visitors with other kinds of IDs need to register and make reservations manually on-site.

4. Reservations will be open seven days in advance, with new slots released at 18:00 p.m. each day. In the early stages of opening, the reservation at any of the three museums including Guangdong Museum of Art, Guangdong Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, and Guangdong Literature Museum, grants access to all three venues.

5. On the day of the visit, please bring the original reservation ID and enter the museum in an orderly manner through the north gate of Guangdong Museum of Art after security check. Military personnel (including ex-servicemen), family members of martyrs, disabled persons, and seniors aged 65 and above can enter the museum with priority during their reserved time slots by presenting their reservation information, preferential treatment documents, and original reservation IDs.

6. No public parking space available. Please follow the parking guidance nearby.

The ticket prices for special exhibitions are as announced. After purchasing a special exhibition ticket, visitors can enter the museum through security without reservation.

预约方式
1)搜索“白鹅潭大湾区艺术中心预约”小程序或者扫描下方二维码。
2)点击“参观预约”并选择参观场馆,观众预约任一场馆可三馆通用。
3)选择入馆日期以及时段,按系统提示填写参观人信息,选择参观人后提交预约信息。
4)预约成功后,观众按预约场次时间到场,刷验预约证件原件即可入馆。
5)现场提供少量预约名额,不便操作线上预约的观众可持有效身份证件原件(二代身份证、港澳台居民居住证和外国人永 久居留身份证)到场馆服务台的预约机进行预约,预约成功后可通过刷脸入馆。
预约须知
1)开放时间:9:00-17:00(16:30停止入馆),逢周一闭馆(法定节假日除外)。
2)免费向公众开放(特展除外),实行全员分时段实名预约。未满14周岁(含)的未成年人,须由成年人代为预约,并与预约人同时核验入馆。
3)观众需使用实名注册手机号码进行预约,每个手机号每个参观日可预约5人(含本人,14周岁以下未成年人不超过3人),每个时段可预约一次。所有参观者均需输入真实有效的身份信息,线上支持使用二代身份证、港澳台居民居住证和外国人永久居留身份证预约。持其他证件的观众需至现场进行人工登记预约。
4)放号规则:提前3天开放预约,每日00:00放出新号,观众预约艺术中心任一场馆可三馆通用。
5)参观当日,请持预约证件原件从美术馆北门经安检后有序入馆。军人(含退役军人)、军烈属、残疾人、65岁(含)以上老人凭本人预约成功信息、优待证件和预约证件原件,可在预约时段内优先入馆。

特展票价以展览公示票价为准。购买特展门票后,可凭门票通过安检入馆,无需另外预约。

Contact Information
(1) The exhibition halls are indoors. It is recommended to wear a mask. Visitors who are intoxicated or improperly dressed (e.g. wearing too revealing clothing or flip-flops) will not be admitted.
(2) Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. Please do not litter. Let’s maintain the cleanliness of the museum together.
(3) Please cooperate with security checks. The following items must not be taken into the museum:
1. Flammable, explosive, or corrosive materials (balloons included), dangerous items like knives, etc.;
2. Printed materials, propaganda materials, signs, banners, or flags that violate laws and regulations;
3. Foods with strong odors;
4. Pets or other animalsl
5. Items that may affect the other visitors or exhibit safety (see “List of Prohibited Items of Guangdong Museum of Art”).

(4) Beverages are not allowed in the exhibition halls. Eating and drinking are not permitted in the exhibition hall and non-catering areas.
(5) In order to maintain the order and create a good visiting environment in the exhibition hall, please follow the order of the staff during the visit and obey the following rules:
1. Maintain a safe distance while queuing or viewing exhibits.
2. No loud noises, running, chasing, climbing, or lying down in the museum.
3. Please protect the exhibits and facilities; it is strictly forbidden to climb over the fence, touch, deface or destroy the exhibits.
4. No flash photography or use of selfie sticks, tripods, or gimbals; media personnel must register for such equipment. Do not take photos in the exhibitions with such prohibition.
5. Visitors are allowed to bring a small, A4-sized (21cm×29.7cm) drawing board to sketch the non-bare mounted exhibits with pencils or watercolors, and no other drawing materials are allowed. Brushes and paper can only be used in designated areas as guided. Please follow the instructions of the staff on site.
6. No unauthorized activities such as museum interpretations, lectures, investigations, performances, commercial filming, or live broadcasts are allowed without prior permission. Organizations and institutions that need to conduct interpretation activities in the museum due to work requirements must submit an application 5 working days in advance, in which materials of interpretation contents, guides, processes, safety responsibilities and others shall be included.
7. All public welfare activities provided by the museum are free of charge; unauthorized commercial use of the museum’s resources by social organizations or individuals is prohibited.

(6) According to relevant requirements, if the museum exceeds capacity, or major or temporary events take place, visitor flow may be regulated, or entry may be suspended. Please follow the museum’s arrangements. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
(7) In case of emergencies, please follow the instructions of the staff and evacuate along the designated route.
(8) For individuals, organizations and institutions violating the above regulations, the museum security staff has the right to terminate their activities and expel them. Individuals, organizations and institutions who refuse to follow the requirements and disturb the visiting order, causing adverse effects, will be held accountable according to the law depending on the severity of the circumstances.
(1) Information Services: Visitors can get exhibition information and other materials for free at the Service Center.
(2) Luggage Storage Services: Visitors can store luggage in the designated storage area or at the Service Center after security checks. Please carry the valuable items (such as laptops, tablets, cameras, and phones) around to avoid loss.
(3) Convenience Services: Visitors can register with a valid ID at the Service Desk to borrow wheelchairs, strollers, shawls, and other convenience facilities for free.
(4) Lost and Found: If visitors lose items in the museum, please register at the Service Desk immediately. If already left, visitors can call 020-88902999 or 020-88902888 for assistance.
(5) Medical Services: If feeling unwell in the museum, visitors can seek for assistance at the Medical Room or the Service Center.
(6) Emergency Response: If visitors experience sudden illness or injury, please contact the staff immediately. In an emergency, staff will assist in contacting emergency services or arranging medical care. If visitors get separated from friends or family, please go to the Service Center and ask the staff to assist with the public announcement service.
(7) Parking Services: Due to the ongoing construction of municipal roads to the parking lot, parking services are temporarily unavailable. It is recommended to visit the museum by public transportation.
(8) Feedback and Complaints: If there are any comments or complaints about the venue, exhibition, or services, visitors can record them in the “Visitor Feedback Book” at the Service Center, write an email to gdmoa_advise@126.com, or call 020-88902999 or 020-88902888 during open hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). We ensure all feedback and suggestions will be responded to in a timely manner and services will be improved continually.

(一)我馆展厅为密闭空间,建议科学佩戴口罩入场,醉酒者、衣履不整者(包含穿着过于暴露、穿着拖鞋等)谢绝入馆。

(二)场馆内禁止吸烟,请勿随意丢弃杂物,自觉维护环境卫生。

(三)入馆请自觉接受安全检查。以下物品请于馆外自行处理,不得带入场馆:

1.各类易燃易爆物品(含气球)、腐蚀性物品、各类管制刀具等危险物品;
2.违反相关法律规定的印刷品、宣传品、标语、条幅、旗帜等;
3.有刺激性气味的食物;
4.宠物或其他动物;
5.其它可能影响观众参观或展品安全的物品(详见《广东美术馆禁止携带物品目录》)。


(四)液体饮料不得带入馆区,馆内设有免费饮水区,展厅内和非餐饮区禁止饮食。

(五)为维持好展厅内的参观秩序和良好的参观环境,参观时请配合工作人员的管理,做到以下事项:

1.排队、观展时保持安全距离。
2.请勿在场馆内大声喧哗和奔跑、追逐、打闹、攀爬、躺卧。
3.请自觉爱护展览、服务设施,严禁翻越围挡护栏,触摸、污损、毁坏展品。
4.拍照、录像不得使用闪光灯及自拍杆、三脚架、云台等辅助类摄影器材;媒体人员若因工作须要使用以上工具,请提前进行登记申请。限制摄影的展览请勿拍摄。
5.观众允许自带面积不大于A4(21cm×29.7cm)的手持画板,使用碳铅笔或水彩笔对非祼裱的展品进行临摹,其他画材请勿使用。在馆内使用画笔、画纸等须在指定区域进行,以现场指引为准。请配合工作人员的指引安排。
6.未经馆方许可,任何单位或个人不得在馆内开展讲解、讲学、调查、表演、商业性拍摄、自媒体直播、商业性录播等活动。确因工作需要在馆内开展讲解活动的单位,须提前5个工作日提出申请,报备讲解内容、讲解人员、活动流程、安全责任等材料。

(二)寄存服务:如需要寄存行李的,可到寄存区自行存放,或通过安检后寄放于服务中心;贵重物品(如手提电脑、平面电脑、相机、手机等)请随身携带,以免丢失。

(三)便民服务:观众可凭有效证件在服务台登记免费借用轮椅、儿童车等便民设施设备。

(四)失物招领:如果在馆内丢失物品,请及时到服务台进行登记;如果已经离馆,可拨打电话020-88902999、020-88902888咨询。

(五)医疗服务:在馆内如感不适可到医务室或服务中心请求帮助。

(六)应急处置:如果突感身体不适或意外受伤,请及时与工作人员联系,若情况紧急,工作人员将协助联系急救、送医;如果在馆内与亲友走散,请前往服务中心让工作人员为您提供广播寻人服务。

(七)停车服务:由于目前停车场的市政道路还没完成建设,目前暂时无法向公众提供停车服务,建议尽量乘坐公共交通前来。
