After the inauguration exhibition and a series of project exhibitions are held between 2011 and 2012, the theme exhibition of the 4th Guangzhou Triennial will be unveiled on September 28th 2012. Titled “The Unseen”, the exhibition will bring an upsurge for this edition of triennial.

On March 13th, the first press conference for the theme exhibition was held in Guangdong Museum of Art. Luo Yiping, director of Guangdong Museum of Art, two curators, Jiang Jiehong and Jonathan Watkins and artists revealed highlights of the theme exhibition, intriguing all attended. Either the curatorial ideas or artworks would resemble any other common exhibitions in China. Definitely is this theme exhibition worth anticipating.
